Techstep is focused on standardizing workflows in development within the Techstep group strengthening its software engineering capabilities – this is why we are looking for a Scrum Master in Polish branch, based in Gdańsk, for our SmartControl R&D Team.

What will your daily tasks be?

• Substantive and competence support for the work of project teams and ensuring that their work complies with the guidelines of Agile methodologies
• Moderating project meetings as needed
• Support in removing blockers and efficiently addressing problems
• Support in ensuring efficient communication between team members and cooperation with people performing various project roles
• Promoting the Scrum values in the team/exchanging experiences and knowledge
• Coaching the team/Product Owner in Sprint monitoring techniques
• Preparation of reports on the implementation of tasks, determination and settlement of indicators of the implementation status.

Who is our Perfect Candidate?

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT in the role of a Scrum Master and understanding of Agile principles and values
• Good understanding of software development and delivery process
• Experience in scaling up the agile software development process into larger organizations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Excellent analytical skills and an independent, structured, and target-oriented approach to work
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).

What additional skills nice to have?

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
