Are you passionate about solving problems and making technology work seamlessly for users? We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy team player to join our Solution Service Operations team!
In this role, you’ll be the second line of support, stepping in when users face technical challenges with our software applications. You’ll troubleshoot issues, deliver timely and effective solutions, and collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex problems.
Areas of responsibility
- Provide second-level technical support for software-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software problems, including installation, configuration, and usage errors.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with software updates, patches, and deployments.
- Educate users on software features and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies or recurring issues.
Experience and qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably in a software environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL, scripting, MDM systems and/or basic programming.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
