We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing international marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Gdańsk and an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience who wants to develop their skills while working with some of the world's leading technology brands, including Apple, Samsung, and Google.
About the role
As part of our marketing team, you will support and execute a wide range of marketing activities across digital and physical channels. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and external partners to create campaigns, content, events, and marketing assets that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, test new approaches, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
Create and adapt marketing materials for digital and print channels
Design marketing assets such as roll-ups, banners, presentations, and event materials
Support campaign execution across multiple channels
Develop engaging content for website, email, social media, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on commercial initiatives
Coordinate with colleagues and partners across mainly Norway, Poland, and Sweden
Explore and implement new tools, technologies, and AI-driven marketing approaches
Support events, partner activities, and brand awareness initiatives
Required qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Ability to create professional marketing materials for both print and digital channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
A proactive, service-minded, and collaborative attitude
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working
Ability to thrive in an international and cross-functional environment
Nice-to-have qualifications
Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Experience marketing technology products, particularly within B2B environments
Basic video editing skills
Knowledge of one or more Scandinavian languages
Good understanding of LinkedIn as a marketing and engagement platform
