Driving culture in Techstep
An important focus area, and one of the Annual OKRs for Techstep in 2023, is to build one awesome unified culture that fosters ownership and creates engagement.
To establish one common Techstep culture, we needed to define what a great culture should look like.
So, we have collected input from all of you.
We have gathered information and feedback from the various surveys and workshops that were held when we did the rebranding early 2022. Then we qualified the input and got more feedback from the organization from several workshops during 2022.
The outcome is now captured in our “wheel of culture” which we will use as our foundation for driving cultural behavior and engagement in Techstep moving forward.
