As a Service Technician at Techstep, you will be part of our service team in Oslo, working across our entire service concept. As a Service Technician, you are expected to carry out tasks within your team, and for Techstep as a whole, in a productive and efficient manner in line with current goals, strategies, and other guidelines.
Tasks
As a Service Technician, you will ensure that the following tasks are performed in accordance with applicable internal and external requirements:
Your tasks include:
- Help the teamlead to build both the team and processes
- Coordinate roll-outs to customers
- Reprogramming of mobile devices and other technical equipment
- Troubleshooting, logistics handling of incoming and outgoing goods
- After-sales handling and repair of mobile devices
- Assisting with other routines associated with our service department
- Ensuring SLA compliance
Experience and qualifications
- IT-Support
- After sales support
- MDM
- Logistics

- Language requirements: English and Norwegian (or Swedish) good level both
spoken and written - Driving license
The work will be varied, combining responsibility and freedom.
We expect you to be self-sufficient in your own area, but we also place great importance on you being an active part of the team you work in.
Workplace is Techstep office in Bryn, Oslo and, from time to time, at customer site.
