Areas of responsibility

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery
• Lead the execution of Techstep’s standardized delivery processes and methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes
• Analyze and understand customer requirements to align solutions effectively
• Develop accurate estimates and manage project timelines, costs, and milestones
• Secure and allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives
• Manage scope changes and identify opportunities for additional sales or value-added services
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote best practices within the delivery community
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all project deliverables

Experience and qualifications

• Documented Project Management experience for at least three years
• Skilled in communication, be able to understand customer needs on a technical level and transfer to deliverables 
• Structured ways of working, with strong documenting skills 
• Experience in processes and standard delivery methods
• Experience in project management tools, for example: JIRA, Klient PSA, Planner or similar 
• Experience in CRM tools, for example: SalesForce, Hubspot, Dynamics or similar 
• Experience from a technology domain such as developer/architect or similar is beneficial
